Meatball Stroganoff with Egg Noodles
- ½ pound each ground turkey, ground beef, and ground pork
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 garlic cloves finely diced
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 cup or more if needed bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- Worcestishire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- 1 pkg. sliced baby Portobello mushrooms (more if you like)
- Butter about 3 tablespoons
- ½ small onion finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves finely diced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 pint sour cream
Directions for Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together until well combined. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. Roll meat mixture into small meatballs and place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake on the center rack of the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until well browned.
Directions for Sauce
Place butter into a large stock pot. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are translucent. Add cream soups and dilute using the milk to your desired consistency for the sauce. Add Worcestershire to taste and salt and pepper. Gently add meatballs and simmer for about 45 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
Prepare egg noodles according to the directions on the bag and drain, plate and serve with Meatball stroganoff.
